I had an amazing stay at Thousand Hills Golf Resort! The Grand Mountain Cabins are a gem—just a block off the bustling strip yet nestled in the woods for that cozy feel. The cabin was super clean and well-equipped, boasting two master suites and a comfy loft for the kids. However, I did experience some noise from above toward the end of my stay, which was a bit annoying.

The cabin was spacious with a full kitchen and laundry, perfect for our family needs, but some routine maintenance is needed in areas. Overall, very clean.

The location was fantastic, close enough to all the attractions without the hustle and bustle of the strip right outside my door.

With a fully furnished kitchen, I could whip up meals easily. We only needed to grab some groceries from the local store.

I loved the golf course! It was in great shape, with smooth greens, and I could play a quick round as a single without any issues.

I had a pleasant stay at Thousand Hills Golf Resort, appreciating the space and facilities of the cabin I chose. although there were a few minor issues like a funky smell and a non-working garbage disposal. The cabin was well-equipped and offered a nice retreat, despite some quirks. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for the right opportunities.

The cabin I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped but had a peculiar smell upon arrival and minor maintenance issues like a garbage disposal not working initially. I enjoyed the layout, although I wished the fireplace and TV were better positioned for viewing from the jacuzzi.

I had a mixed experience at Thousand Hills Golf Resort. The location was fantastic, just a short drive from the strip and all the attractions, making it a pleasant getaway. However, my accommodations left much to be desired; cleanliness and maintenance issues were present that detracted from my overall enjoyment. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful, which added a touch of warmth to my stay.

Rooms

The townhouse I stayed in had some significant cleanliness issues. There were remnants of previous guests, like gum on the dining chair and crumbs on the stairs. While the layout was decent, the unit could really use a thorough cleaning and some updates to the furnishings.
Service
7.0
The staff at the club house were welcoming and accommodating, which made the check-in process smoother. However, my experience at the front desk was less than ideal, as my request for an early check-in was mishandled.
Location

The location was one of the highlights of my stay. It was conveniently close to dining and entertainment options but still allowed for a peaceful retreat.
Dining

I didn't dine extensively at the resort, but the friendly staff certainly made an impression. They even surprised me with cookies for my drive home, which was a nice touch.
Facilities

The pool area was small but clean, usually quite empty, which I appreciated. However, some maintenance issues in my unit made me wish for a more robust facilities management.

I had a wonderful stay at Thousand Hills Golf Resort, particularly enjoying the spacious cabins nestled in a wooded area. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my visit smooth and enjoyable. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, particularly with the amenities and views from certain cabins, which didn't quite match the expectations I had based on the descriptions.

Rooms
8.0
The cabin I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen along with four TVs. It was perfect for my family, providing both privacy and comfortable gathering areas. However, I heard from other guests about older furnishings and issues like missing items in their accommodations.
Service

The staff, especially Betsy, were fantastic and accommodating. They even sent us off with freshly baked cookies, which was a nice touch! Overall, they were friendly and professional, making the reservation and check-in process easy.
Location

The location was great—close enough to Branson's attractions but tucked away for a peaceful getaway. I enjoyed the view of the golf course, and the proximity to the local grocery store was a bonus.
Dining

Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, which was very convenient. Plus, the cookies provided by the staff were a good little treat.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were a bit lacking; while the pools were available, they required a drive and felt smaller than expected. I also noticed some guests had grievances with the state of their units, particularly with outdated furnishings and maintenance issues.

My stay at Thousand Hills Golf Resort had its ups and downs. The location was great for golfing and shopping, making it convenient for all our planned activities. However, I encountered some issues with the cleanliness and condition of my room, which detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
I had a couple of issues with the room. Upon arrival, it had an odd smell, and the furnishings felt quite old. My first room had some cleanliness issues, and even though I was offered a new room, it was still somewhat outdated with poor quality patio furniture. The understanding I got from staff wasn't the best either.
Service
8.0
On the positive side, the staff was generally very polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating, with a couple of standout individuals, like Betsy, who really made an effort to assist me during my stay.
Location
9.0
The resort’s location is perfect, close enough for easy access to the strip and all the attractions I wanted to visit but quiet enough to provide a cozy retreat. I enjoyed that it was near a golf course, making it very convenient for my game.
Dining
8.0
I appreciated that there were local grocery options nearby, which made it easy to stock up on essentials and Sicilian products for meals. It was nice to have that accessibility during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but I did find that the upkeep on some of the amenities could be improved. Tours and ticket assistance were available but felt a bit disorganized at times.
